Q & As
What is a WHOLE Community cohort?
A WHOLE Community cohort is a group of leaders who – together – are committed to cultivating a culture of wellness, healing, anti-oppression, learning, and ethics in their respective organizations and communities. WHOLE Community groups reduce leadership isolation, build a community of support, and create space for the critical conversations that are required for transformative leadership. Together, we will deepen our commitment to W(ellness), H(ealing), anti-O(pression), L(earning), and E(thics).
Who is the January Nonprofit Professional cohort open to?
This WHOLE Community Cohort is open to nonprofit professionals who do not hold an executive leadership title/position. The professionals who will benefit the most from this group are those who are looking to deepen their leadership skills, who are passionate about bringing their voice and influence to their organization, and who have some level of decision-making and/or management role.
What are the dates and times?
Participants are expected to attend all 5 sessions in their entirety. The cohort will meet on Thursdays from 2:30pm-4pm CST (please check time zones) on the following dates:
January 21
February 4 & 18
March 4 & 18
What is the cost?
The cost for the full 5-session cohort is 💲399.
If cost is a barrier to you, please let us know by dropping us a note in our contact form.
What are the groups like?
Sessions are structured, facilitated, and leverage the wisdom and perspectives of those in the group. There is time for learning new concepts, reflecting on our individual leadership, and connecting with our peers to build community and grow.
