As rewarding as it is, leadership can be isolating, lonely, and complex. Sometimes there is no one within your organization or social circle who can really understand the challenges you are facing. Kindred Cafe creates space for you to connect with other nonprofit leaders in a focused and confidential setting to build community, learn from one another, and spark collaboration and creativity.
Kindred Cafe is a one-month commitment. Once a week, you set aside 90 minutes to convene for safe, supportive, and connected space with your peers. These sessions are facilitated by an experienced executive leader, but the content is driven by the groups’ needs. This time is for you; at each session, you’ll connect, learn, relax, and gain valuable resources.
