About the Event
Are We Doing This Right? - Building Confidence in our Roles as Board Members
Is this our job or the Executive Director's? How do we know if we are helping or hurting? How can I be a strong advocate for keeping the board on track? These are common questions board members ask. In this training, participants will learn the basic roles and responsibilities of a board, strategies for staying "on track" and knowing if the board is actually helping, and systems for building accountability between board members and staff.
July 18 | 3pm - 5:30pm
